Am I covered by insurance?
Yes, all vehicles are covered.

Does the rental fee include petrol?
Alternative, you can address this question when you talking to our agent. Whether we pay for it or your pay it yourself are all optional. We will put this in your rental contract.

Why there is no car rental price list in this site?
No two rental situations are the same. Our quotes are based on the needs of the customer. In this way, the customer receives lower prices and higher quality of service.

Are the rental vehicles brand new?
It depends. Not every contract will use a brand new vehicle. However, it is guaranteed that every vehicle is in excellent condition.

Long-term rental policy and benefits:
For 2-year contracts (or longer), you will have a brand new vehicle to start. Upon renewal of the contract, you will get a discount or a vehicle upgrade.

For one-year contracts (or longer): Upon renewable of the contract, you will get a discount or a vehicle upgrade.

*Alternative upgrades also available for our long term renter (contract period over 1year). For example, stereo system upgrade, interior upgrade, etc.

Can I drive the car myself?
No. Only our professional driver may drive your rental car. This is due to insurance policies and safety issues.

What kind of paper work should I prepare if I want to rent a vehicle from Carinshanghai?
* Your passport
* Alien residence certificate (you can get it from your local police department when you present your apartment leasing contract and passport)
* Your leasing contract of your current residence.

What if I can’t use the car because it has to go in for maintenance?
During this time, we will provide you another vehicle or pay the taxi fee until your original car is ready again.
